Scope of Work
Design, manufacture and test of multiple filter press control systems, processing the sludge waste for the reclamation of precious metals. The control system consists of four S7-1500 PLCs, using Profinet communication protocol to provided fully automatic integrated control of the plant. Full package control, monitoring and status information is accessed via the main industrial PC touch screen, and the individual local filter press HMI displays.
Procedural data logging is provided by this system.

Environmental
The control panels are designed for operation in a safe area, located in an industrial plant equipment room. Door-mounted filter fans and exhaust filters fitted for dissipation of heat-losses in the control panels.
